Orchestral instrumentations are most rewarding
I just wanted to point something out. Orchestral instrumentals are the HARDEST to compose and arrange. However, the silver lining is that they are generally the most rewarding. I can listen to a track over and over without getting tired of it.
The soft, flowing melodies tell a story that only the listener can read. The wondrous thing about these instrumentals is that it fits the listener in whatever way, shape, or form they choose or that they feel. This is why I love doing such orchestral instrumentals.
I promise this will be one to love. The wait will be rewarding. Stay tuned!
If I play…
If I play so many different instruments on my keyboard, does it mean I know how to play those other instruments? I remember a news reporter doing an interview with my sister, and I happened to perform for them before the interview. The reporter asked me, “Do you play any other instruments?”
My response? I was much younger at that time, and did not hesitate or even give it thought. My immediately reply was, “Well, there’s guitar on this keyboard, there’s flute, there’s violin, there’s strings. Whatever you need me to play, I can play it.”
Everybody froze for a second in silence. I’ll never forget that moment. 
Traffic explosion
Well, posting up my music like that caused my web presence to explode, and tons of traffic to the site that I’ve never had before. I guess it was all worth it, you know, all the social networking sites and what not.
On the music front, it seems the new album is going to be slightly delayed. Now I know the reason why it’s so hard for artists to meet a release date. If you can show me ONE artist whose album is not delayed, I’ll pay you a million dollars. It’s just not happening. There will always be some type of delay.
At any rate, I just wanted to state that A Million Tears will remain up for at least another week, so if you haven’t got around to listening to it, you might want to go give it a shot before it disappears into 30 second clips again.

I just finished piecing together another track for the new album this afternoon, so I will spend a few more days touching it up, composing the rest, arranging, and then mixing and mastering. This one is a straight instrumental, and is definitely inspired by Yanni’s “Until the Last Moment”. You guys will love this one.

Trucking on…
Just wrapped up track 11 for the new album. Hard work, hard work, but this will definitely pay off.
Due to some personal hardships, a lot of things got slowed down. I’m hoping that they will taper so that I can continue my career.
This new album is much edgier. Creative-wise, skill-wise, technological wise, I feel that this has been a wonderful learning process. I promise, you will enjoy this one. It’s slated to hopefully be released in March this year. I can’t make any promises, but that’s what I’ve got scheduled.
Yanni likes the videos I made covering his songs years ago. I’m glad he enjoys it. I’ve been talking to him via Twitter; he’s gracious enough to answer my tweets.
Anyhow, it’s late. We got SNOWED IN with that blizzard. And more is supposed to come! :-0

Other things (like Haiti)
I just wanted to chime in on the devastation in Haiti.
I think it’s wonderful the help and aid that’s pouring in from around the globe due to this tragedy. However, I do want to point out that there are many people suffering in the entire world, some more than others, and unjustly so, perpetrated by our own fellow man. If the stars can use their starpower for all people suffering, imagine the difference it would make in the world. I understand we won’t and cannot stop the world’s problems, but we can have a big impact on it.
So while we are doing all we can for the people of Haiti, let’s not forget everyone else!
I’m still alive
Hey guys, just wanted to chime in and let you guys know that I’m still here. I’m currently working on the 10th track of the new album, and video shoot is in directorial stages. Perhaps soon I’ll release a “Making of the music video.” We’ll see how that flies.
A new year, a new beginning
As the new year takes hold, the sun will rise on my new album, which is slated for release later this year. I will continue to push my previous effort, “A Million Tears”, as much and as best I can in the meantime; I won’t abandon it, that’s for sure. Video is slated to be released soon (about time to get some videos up, hey?).
So here’s to hope and success in this new year. Thanks to all you guys who’ve been following me, listening to and buying my music. I appreciate it!
